Directions: Apply 1 drop to an applicator and prime the eyelashes prior to application, and after application. Please avoid overloading the applicator or lashes with the bonder. Allow the bonder to dry for approximately 2-3 minutes before proceeding. Can be used as a primer, bonder and sealant.
