STORE AND SHIPPING POLICY

All sales are final, no refunds. Exchanges are only permitted if the item received was damaged/defected in its original state. Items that have been damaged due to the service of the shipping carrier is NOT under the responsibility of Kiss My Lash and must be discussed with the shipping provider. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider, Kiss My Lash is no longer responsible for the package and can not be held liable for any lost/stolen packages. Any concerns about the location and tracking of your package must be directed to the shipping provider. All packages are shipped through Canada Post. 

 

All Kiss My Lash products are stored in a sanitary and sterile environment that is temperature and humidity controlled to ensure quality protection. All products are throughly inspected prior to leaving the facility. Before submitting your order, please ensure all your products are ordered correctly. Changes to your order can only be made prior to the products being shipped out or picked up. We are not able to accept any products back after it has left our facility due to hygienic reasons. 

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is our top priority. Kiss My Lash is committed to keeping all your given information confidential. Your personal information such as names, emails and addresses is kept confidential and is, and will not be shared with third-party organizations outside of Kiss My Lash other than what is necessary to fulfill your requests. Subscribed email addresses given to Kiss My Lash upon your request will only be used for marketing purposes for product updates, releases and store information. Withdrawal of consent and any of your information is available at any time. Please contact kissmylash.shop@gmail.com for further requests.
